Firm Styles
Word Paragraph Styles are available via Word's Normal.DOT template. Which varies for each user and (in most environments) on each workstation.
This makes it difficult to have consistency in the Styles used throughout your firm. And if firm-wide styles are placed in each user's Normal.DOT template, each document that is created has the added size of those styles.
The WordTricks Firm Styles feature allows access to styles that are stored in your firm-wide template (Firm.DOT.) This makes them easy to manage and distribute to users. And it keeps the Normal.DOT template smaller and cleaner.
To use the Firm Styles feature:

Click the "Apply" button (or press ENTER) to apply the style
to the currently selected paragraph(s) in the current document.
Quick Tip: To continue applying the same style in other locations in the
document, press CTRL + ALT+ S and ENTER. The Style last chosen
remains selected and is therefore applied to the current paragraph.
